About Me

I’m a card carrying member of Generation Y, born in California and have been hitchhiking my way along the information superhighway for as long as I can remember. I’ve lived among the glittering lights of Las Vegas, hustled my way through Washington DC, but I think I left my heart in San Francisco. So, this time I’m setting up shop in the Bay Area and it feels good to be home.
I’m a creative. Technically, the business card says: Graphic Designer, but I’ve accumulated a fabulous hat collection along the way. Here’s some things you might not have known about me:
- I LOVE to dance…like a maniac…in the club, in my room, in my cubicle…(I’m sure you get the picture). And my love for dancing extends to all musical genres. One of my favorite dance spots include cowboys and a mechanical bull.
- I’ve held a variety of jobs: a space-camp counselor, a pokeman character (I was the evil Meowth), a bee handing out samples for a natural skin care line with a similar mascot, the girl handing Suze Orman books to sign, a garment steamer for a wedding convention, the sexy hostess at an Asian fusion restuarant/bar/lounge, the design intern dumpster diving for discarded competition entries…oh yea…and that might have been me passing out lotion at the Gay Pride Parade. It’s all very character building.
- I vaguely keep a running list of things I want to learn oneday in my head. Currently, changing a flat tire and tapping a keg are fighting for the first position. But learning to whistle like a New Yorker is a close second.
I wish I could accurately describe myself in 300 words or less, but I’ll just let you get back to reading my blog.
This reads vaguely like a clever dating site profile, which doesn’t seem all that inappropriate considering the topic of your blog.
I enjoy it, please continue writing.
